I have many people who are constantly asking me how to lose
weight, but very rarely people are considering the fact that you can boost your
metabolism while you are sleeping. I think that's because most people report
fat loss with fatigue and high intensity exercise. This is certainly true;
there are no quick fixes to achieve the body you want. However, ther
e are some tricks
you can do to increase the amount of calories you have taken.
Let me explain how to burn fat while you are sleeping.
Stopping a meal during sleep is one of the simplest tricks to burn more fat.
The first advice most likely is to increase sleep metabolism in general.
In addition to increasing your RMR (resting metabolism
rate), there are other ways to lose weight during sleep. One such solution is
to focus on specific types of training that break down more muscle tissue.
Bodybuilding generally proved to be the best way to safely
and effectively break muscle tissue. Slow weight repetition is one of the best
ways to increase hypertrophy or ventilation and muscle gain.
When the muscles break down, it takes time and energy (also
called calories) to repair the damaged muscles. So if you exercise weight
training and break your muscles while you sleep at night, your muscles will use
calories to repair.
Another very effective and easy way to lose weight while you
sleep is to have a high fat greasy meal before you go to bed.
Although high fat in bed seems a bit contradictory, believe
me to try it. Fat slows the digestion of the food we eat. So if I have a piece
of meat, it will probably take a lot more time to break than fry protein whey.
Do not have fat after training because you want the protein
to break down and enter the bloodstream and muscles as quickly as possible. To
further postpone the digestion of food you eat before going to bed, take a
digestive tract. Again, whey protein is not quite slow, but there are lots of
digestive proteins to choose from. This in combination with fat will literally
create a slimming dinner.
Sources of protein such as casein, cheese, milk, pork,
steak, chicken, turkey, salmon and sweeteners. Beware of nuts almonds because
the macro-nutrient we do not want before we go to bed is carbohydrates. Usually,
nougat liver comes with carbohydrates, so if you've tried to reduce and lose
weight, you probably would avoid them all together.
